Choosing a clinic abroad from a website is hard. Prices come only on request, a doctor's license takes work to check, and a flight is a big bet on a treatment you may not be a candidate for. Our first step puts a licensed Bangkok doctor's written answer in your hands before you book anything.

Before you pay

Five questions to ask any clinic. Including us.

Good clinics answer all five in writing. Vague answers are your signal to walk away.

  • Who is my doctor?

A name and a license number you can check with the Medical Council of Thailand.

  • What is the full price?

In writing, before you book a flight.

  • What does the lab report show?

A test report for your cells, with cell count and viability.

  • Can I see the vial?

    Before the injection, not after.

  • What if something goes wrong?

Who treats a complication, who pays, and what happens if it does not help.

Questions

Questions patients ask before booking

A doctor answers your own questions.

Ask about your case
Will it work for my condition?

Nobody can promise that. After reading your records, the doctor tells you what result is realistic.

Is it safe?

Every injection or infusion carries risks. Before you decide, the doctor explains the risks for your treatment, and a licensed clinic shows you the test report for the cells you receive. Our guide on what is established explains what to ask.

Is stem cell therapy legal in Thailand?

It depends on what is being done. Thailand's Medical Council has warned that treating conditions other than blood or eye diseases with stem cells could be unlawful, and a group of doctors has sued the Council over its stem cell rules, Nation Thailand reported in December 2024. Our guide explains the rules and what to ask a clinic.

Why is there no fixed price?

Because stem cell therapy is not one treatment. The price depends on where the cells come from, how many cells you get, how they are given, and how many sessions you need. After the doctor's review you get a written quote before you travel. Flights and hotel are usually not included. Our cost guide has the published price ranges.

How can I tell a good clinic from a bad one?

Ask the five questions above before you pay, and walk away if the answers are vague. They apply to us too.

Who are you, and how does this work?

We are a patient referral service, not a clinic. We work with several licensed clinics in Bangkok and send your case to the one that fits it best. Free for you. Clinics cover our costs.

How long do I need to stay in Bangkok?

The doctor's written plan tells you how many visits and days your case needs. We do not publish a typical length because it differs by treatment and clinic.

What happens with my data?

We collect the details you enter in the form, such as your condition, country, name and email address. Your inquiry is shared only with the one partner clinic in Bangkok we select for your case, and it is kept for 12 months and then deleted. Our privacy notice has the full details.

Who contacts me after I send the form?

The clinic's patient team contacts you by email. This is the partner clinic in Bangkok that we select for your case.
